Maintenance for SENDON Golden Maple Leaf series above 10KVA (including 10KVA)
Prolong external battery can be changed in 3 years
The range of free maintenance is for SENDON specified lead-acid battery(built-in battery warrant for 1 year)
Warranty period shall exclude following cases:
1. Can not give out Warranty Card and improper use by user or damaged in transporting.
2. Use it without obeying the user manual and maintenance manual.
3. Personal dismantling of this unit without permission of this company.
4. For long –time extended models , if no original SENDON battery is installed ,the free maintenance service is not provide.

Any failure of UPS, please contact us and we will solve it in one hour.
Any technical alteration and renovation (including: software and hardware), we will inform you immediately and help you update.
